These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the participation in the Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty Giveaway (the "Giveaway") organized by Bowe Glowe, Inc. ("Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty" or "we"). By participating in the Giveaway, you ("Participant" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Giveaway.

Eligibility: a. The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. b. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period: a. The Giveaway will begin on July 10, 2023, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and end on July 23, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). b. Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be considered.

Entry: a. To enter the Giveaway, Participants must follow the entry instructions provided by Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty b. Only one email entry per person is allowed. Additional entries may be submitted by sharing social media stories describing and providing this waitlist link OR, after July 19th, the Asta-C Vitamin C serum shoppable link on www.drwhitneybowebeauty.com, once it becomes available, and tagging both @drwhitneybowe and @drwhitneybowebeauty on Instagram and/or Tik Tok. c. Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

Winner Selection and Notification: a. Three winners will be randomly selected by Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. b. The winners will be selected and announced by the end of August 2023. c. Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty will contact the winners via the email address provided at the time of entry. The winners must respond within three (3) days of the initial notification. If a winner fails to respond within the specified time, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize: a. Each of the three winners will receive a four-night stay at Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort for themselves and a guest. b. Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty will cover the airfare expenses for the winner and their guest to and from the designated airport. c. Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty will provide transportation to and from the airport and the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort. d. Each winner will also receive $100 per day for spending money during their stay. e. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Publicity Release: a. By accepting the prize, the winners grant Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty the right to use their names, likeness, and biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release and Limitation of Liability: a. By participating in the Giveaway, Participants release Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the state of New York, and Participants consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

General: a. Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. b. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. c. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Dr. Whitney Bowe Beauty and Participants regarding the

Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
